2025 Update: Whatcom Family Farmers - Education: Proceeds from the event went to support the community’s local agriculture education programs at a time when financial support is more critical than ever. The funds raised directly benefited two cornerstone student programs: Whatcom Farm Circle and the Whatcom Agriculture Career Fair. The Whatcom Farm Circle invites more than 1,100 third-grade students each year to engage in hands-on, science-based learning. The Whatcom Agriculture Career fair, connects high school students with more than two dozen booths representing agri-businesses, trades, and colleges. Your participation in 2025 Lynden Tractor Trot supported this worthy cause with a contribution of $7722.
2024 Update: Lynden has a rich history in agriculture, so this year we will be emphasizing how farming has affected our area. The Lynden Museum on Front Street, is putting a spotlight on the agricultural industry by way of a new exhibit. Your participation in 2024 Lynden Tractor Trot supported this worthy cause with a contribution of $7300.
2023 Update: The Tractor Trot race directors, along with GBRC, are excited to announce that through the amazing generosity of the community and sponsors, they were able to raise over $5200 in support of The Maddie Foundation. The Foundation helps raise money for research into SPG15, a rare, progressive neurological disease that is like motor neuron disease/ALS.
